The Analysis On The Environmental Effects Of New Energy And Renewable Energy Sources Development Planning Of The 12th Five-Year Plan In Gansu Province

Planning construction by direct combustion of biomass project in tianshui, zhang ye, jiuquan, qingyang and longnan, environmental air quality is better at present, capacity is bigger, so plan to direct combustion of biomass projects under the premise of rational and feasible management measures, to contribute less air pollution in the area of environment.3. According to the optical power plant has been built in the wind, the completion inspection and acceptance of environmental protection monitoring, you can see that its operating period noise all can meet the standard requirements, and the planning of wind, photoelectric bases are located in the open area, the surrounding residents is less, therefore, not to adversely affect regional acoustic environmental quality and residents.4.
