In recent years, with the rapid development of tourism, single sightseeing cannot satisfy people's psychological needs already, innovation aspects-seeking in sightseeing while more and more people are hoping to promote tourism culture grade, enhance tourism participation and experience. Diet culture tourism resources due to its strong historical culture, participation and interesting which just cater to this historical demand. China is known as "cooking Kingdom", "taste authentic Chinese food" has become a large number of foreign tourists to China's direct motivation;"Food Tour" has been sought after more and more domestic.how to integrate food cultural resources in Hubei Province; how to develop the Hubei Province's food cultural resources into a competitive and bright tourism project; how to promote food culture of tourism resources and traditional culture for sustainable development which are full of Significance.This article totally includs five parts:The first chapter mainly introduces the paper's background, the basis and meaning of this paper's topic, the current research at home and abroad for this topic, the object and the content and the method of this study; The second chapter are mainly about the theoretical research of the food culture tourism resources,defining the basic concepts of the diet culture and food culture tourism,summarizing some characteristics and functions of the diet culture tourism resources; The third chapter firstly introduces the background and element of this resources,on this basis analyzing and summarizing the characteristics of the the Hubei diet culture tourism resources, susch as Strong chu township characteristics, fullbodied rivelake flavor, profound celebrity culture breath, precious health care function, strong participation and interesting; The fourth chapter mainly analysing the development advantage of the Hubei's diet culture tourism resources through the resources, market, environment analysis, summarizing the present situation and the existing problems in the process of developing, thus draw up a development market positioning, some development principles, some development countermeasures, development modes and some exquisite cuisine tourist lines.
