| The food culture of China which regarded as a synthetical culture phenomenon,which is crystal of co-working in material progress and culture and ideological. Enlightened by the development of the modern tourism.there is a terdency in interaction between the Chinese food culture and the modern tourism..on the one hand,the food culture should be inserted into the tourism in an important part, make the contents in touring boomed, lift the savor of tourists and enhance the economic profits of the tourismestate. On the another hand, the tourism creates a potentical market "to the diet. In brief, they are in the situation of matual help to make up what the other lacks. However, there are in the low-level of exploring and making use in how to cultivate the potentional food market, among the tourism. Some hot topics are focused on how to boom the Chinese food culture,and explore some tourism program with striking characters? How to widen market of the food culture among city and country, and enhancing the co-development of food culture and the tourism?From the lateral and vertical research in its theoretical basis, the study of the food culture are mainly concentrated on the comparatire analysis which arranges in the historical background, folk custom, religious belief, philosophical sense, local factor, local production, population burden, rational income, consume gradation and science and technology level. However a further study in building on its proper rank and system should be paid more attention. On the basis of the previous research in this field, this the thesis tries to perform on the systematical analysis through building on the touring ecological structure. By means of analyzing the general situation, origin and the regional breaking-up of the Chinese food culture, this thesis tries to built on the information system referred to many ecological structure elements of the upper research of the Changjiang river, such as resource, marketing and transportation ecological structure. In the last part of the thesis, the author makes the theoretical and experimental study, which take the situation of upper reaches of Changjiang River and tries to propose a hypothesis and suggestion to the exploration of the food culture in the upper reaches of Changjiang River.Enlightened by some achievements which drew by the staff in home and out of China. This thesis built on a special cultivating system. There are five parts in this thesis. They are introduction,chapterII,III,IV,V. The introduction illustrated the theoretical basis of this thesis,it includes background,the new direction in this field, research techniques and its characteristics. Chapter I proposed a concept of touring ecological structure. Based on the chapter I ,chapter II took a further discussion in analyzing the situation of Chinese food culture, and illustrated its historical origin and the regional research. Chapter III led in the touring ecological theory, opened the researcher's eyes to analyzing the diet culture of the upper reaches of Changjiang River in systematical ways, by means of some elements of the touring ecological structure, such as resourcing location, marketing location, transportation location with these approaches. Chapter IV concluded the whole significance of this thesis. It illustrated respectively track and direction of the food culture of Changjiang River. And it proposed a tourism exploring strategies of the upper reaches of Changjiang River from the resourcing cultivation, the marketing model and the traffic supplying. |
