Research On Management Control Mode Of Group Enterprise Based On Informatization

Standard group enterprises, the product of the reform and opening policies promoted by government, enjoy a high speed of development since its original exploring long time ago, which takes the capital and property right, instead of agreements, as the core during daily operation. However, there are still many obstacles such as financing, internal management and risk control, thus asking for an applicable control system to optimize the allocation of resources and enhance the collaboration abilities with effective internal management and control. Actually, it is of great importance for groups to establish an internal information-control system, especially in such an information-oriented economics.After a short review of literature, the paper analyses the principles of group control from different aspects and focuses on the analysis of capital control, strategy control and operation control,the three contral modes with theory and empirical methods. Aoccording to the charactertics of informatization management in group control,some related informatization systems are established after a comparison on different influencing factors. Some proposals are also provided to improve the development of group control models in China.Taking Z Group as a studying case, the paper then analyses the current situation and developing strategy of this group,and establishes a control mode for Z Group.
