The domestic large-scale enterprise groups currently are facing issues of management and control, and the risks of operation in general, due to the short establishment time span, the backwardness of management methods and the rapid increase of the business size. Firstly, the situation and problems of group management control (GMC) in domestic large-scale enterprise groups are analyzed, and the basic theories, application status and development trend of GMC and informatization are introduced. Secondly, based on information technology and combined with enterprise GMC theory, the thesis carried out a thorough study of the GMC system for domestic large-scale enterprise groups. A theoretical framework and an informatization platform of the GMC system are established. Specifically, the overall framework, development patterns, implementation difficulties and countermeasures of the informatization platform are discussed. This thesis proposes a Centralized Group Financial Management control Information System (C-GFMIS) for domestic large-scale enterprise groups based on the typical financial management control pattern. With the design of a bi-level programming model for annual budget planning of an enterprise group, the C-GFMIS effectively improves the group's ability to optimize resource allocation. In addition, a decision support system for enterprise groups is constructed based on the technology of business intelligence (BI) in specific industrial areas. With the construction of financial data center, the decision support system enhances the dynamic decision-making ability for group's leadership.
