Study On The Landscape Of The Ancient Villages Of Nuodeng In Dali

The ancient villages of Nuodeng formed and developed because of the specific historical factors, and entered a period of prosperity in the specific historical stage. The long history has accumulated a very deep civilization of Nuodeng which spread throughout the whole ancient villages. This article focuses on factors which influenced the formation of the landscape of Nuodeng and its internal and external landscape pattern. The purpose is to explore the unique construction techniques of landscape of Nuodeng as well as the reference for the modern urban landscape design. I studied a large number of documents and investigated the field several days meanwhile measured some drawings for this article. Nuodeng is a typical ancient village of traditional mountain villages of the Bai nationality. According to the analysis we know the deep civilization had positive impact on landscape of the ancient villages of Nuodeng, and this cultural values have a high degree of harmony with the natural environment. These are all enlightenment for the modern urban landscape planning and design.
