The study of development strategy of JC Air-conditioning Co., LTD is a subject study to which Enterprise business model the company want to restructure to and how to complete the change for a period of time in the future. It must have not only the development of the pioneering, forward-looking, scientific and strategic, but also it is a combined with the company's actual situation. It needs to be both immediate care and with later sighted, all factors into consideration, highlighting its strengths, focus, outstanding benefits. In the development planning process there should be a clear point of view statement development strategy, by nature, the basic principles and the basic content, but also for the company to find a path of sustainable development.Business growth is the result of competitive advantages. When competitive advantages become stronger and stronger, the company's growth will be more successful. In fact, the success of the enterprise is come from the international management by itself. Only enough competitive power in business could achieve competitive advantage, and improve the technological and R & D capability. It won' t be successful without independent R & D and technology capability; and it won't successful either if the international group can not cultivate their core competence.
