A Research On The Strategy-oriented Pattern Of Financial Management And Control

With the rapid advancement of economic globalization and fierce market competition, the evolving trend of collectivization and diversified operations has gained growing attention. The rapid growth of group corporations has, undoubtedly, changed domestic economic structure and the mode of economic development. However, there is still distance between domestic corporations and those in developed countries, concerning scales and the competitive edge. Thus, In order to bid for higher competitiveness and break the bottleneck, it is of vital importance to ameliorate internal management and explore a proper and effective financial management mode.This paper describes the significance of applying the strategy-oriented financial pattern, based on the analysis of basic financial management pattern and the negative influence of the traditional financial management pattern. Taking GY group as an example, this paper explores appropriate financial management patterns in the view of strategy management, based on the characteristics of domestic authorized reconstructed asset management enterprise groups. Besides, in the light of existing problems in the present financial management pattern, this paper adopts empirical analysis to elaborate the way to construct an innovative financial management mode, especially in terms of managing philosophies.
