As a very important modern form of economic organization enterprise group is significant of socialist modernization in China As China’s reform and opening enterprise group is gradually becoming a pillar of our national economy Develop and encourage competitive enterprise group is a major strategy of Chinese economy As an important tool of internal management of enterprise groups Financial controls is essential to the coninuing operation and the rapic growth Effective and reasonable control of Group Finance is not only benefit to the goal of maximizing profits but also guarantee their shareholders maximizing shareholder value However the organizational form of enterprise groups in China started late group financial control system has not been established and improved The way of financial control is too simple and it is bounded by the system obviously So there are many probelems in the Enterprise Group’s financial management and control This article begins with the review of enterprise group theories descripts the Enterprise Group’s financial management and control mode control mode selection It focuses on a case-study of H group financial management and control problems concludes that the group financial management and control measures for improvement This dissertation consists of five chapters:The first chapter is an introduction It briefly describes the background and asks questions after the introduction of enterprise groups:how can the subsidiaries and group companies control finance effectively? Secondly it clarify the research methods and ideas.The second chapter describes the enterprise financial management and control theories Through a review of foreign literature and relevant international organizations it describes the Inspiration to China Through a review of domestic literature it analyze the situation and problems of practice in enterprise financial management and control This part provides a theoretical basis for later study.The third chapter introduces the financial management and control methods By describing the risks introduce the corresponding targeted group financial management and control methods and draw the conclusion:enterprise group should take different measures because of the different misk. As the different characteristics of each group the company needs according to their actual situation and the problems facing the control to choose their own way in order to improve business performance Therefore the enterprise financial management and control should be such a dynamic adjustment process which is strategy-oriented guided by business model financial management and control should be dynamic.The fourth chapter introduce the problems in H group financial management and control Firstly it introduces company briefly describes the reason to selecte H group followed by the H group financial management and control issues which are the most important factors of the failure in Group’s financial management and control.The fifth chapter analyzes H group financial management and control This chapter built on the basis of issues for the problems identified in Chapter IV and analyzes the H group financial management and control methods financial structure of the H Group implementation of accounting policies financial right to exercise finance staff motivation financial accounting behavior control.The last chapter gives the countermeasures on how to improve H group’s financial management and control By the case-study we conclude that:To solve problems in the H group financial management and control the best and most effective way is to establish an effective comprehensive group financial management and control system The chapter provide the program on how to do this.
