Analysis And Coordination On The Government And Farmers' Logic Of Actions: About The Land Acquisition And Demolition

During the modernization process in rural China, the land acquisition and demolition problem has become the obstacle to prevent the economic development and social progress of rural China. Although the central government has passed laws and regulations to regulate the activities of land acquisition and demolition, but local government and farmers are still in conflict of interest, which both damage the legitimate rights and interests of farmers and the Government'credibility.In order to seek the root causes behind rural China's land acquisition and demolition, this dissertation is trying to explore the government and farmers" motives, basis and the logic of their actions. This analysis is based on the various land acquisition and demolition cases actually occurred in rural areas, and the author takes the two protagonists-the government and farmers as the main analysis object and the three dimensions-"interests-System-power (rights)"as the main analysis angles.Then, this dissertation chooses Corporatism which is the theory studying Society-Nation relations, as the analysis perspective and is trying to use the "Organizations of incorporation" to achieve the interests of the government and farmers to communicate effectively, against the Government and the farmers'points of disagreement. Therefore, the land acquisition and demolition will work in a harmony orbit, and the modernization of rural society in China will be more civilized.
