Interest Conflicts In Land-Acquisition And House-Demolishment Of Rural

As the gradual deepening of new rural construction, a lot of rural problems have come out, especially during the urbanization process, terra expropriation and demolition have caused a series of conflicts of interest, which has emerged with seriousness. Even in some areas, collectivity appealing to higher authorities or violence happened as to interfere with governmental work, and the farmers who lost territory and being forced to move have declined in living condition. Currently, mass conflicts caused by terra expropriation and demolition are imperiling rural stability and economic development, blocking the construction of socialism new rural areas, and coming into being social hotspot and governmental work's hindrance. Under this context, the writer tactically analyzed interest demand and action logic of different interest bodies in rural terra expropriation and demolition, from the interest part. Besides that, she analyzed its outer causes from the structuralism aspect, hoping to solve those problems fundamentally, including problems in some systems and the rule of law.This text includes five parts: firstly, give an introduction to raise the problem, state the theme's research significance and methods, introduce the basic situation of the invested area, and focus on a core concept; secondly, Hai'an, the invested area's demolition situation; on the third part, conclude the existing problems in Chinese rural terra levy and demolition and the relate reasons, referring to analyzing Hai'an county's real conditions and other areas; on the fourth part, give a resolution by researching and investing the existing problems.
