Study On The Transfer Of Rural Labor Force In Hechuan Of Chongqing

This thesis is a study on the issue of rural labors transfer of Hechuan located in Chongqing. Hechuan is a large population and a city labor force. The total and distribution of density of rural labor resources rank first Chongqing. Hechuan is one of Chongqing's six regional centers. The typical social framework of "large rural areas, large cities" determines the "Three Rural" issues is an important aspect of the solution to the development. To promote the effective transfer of rural labor force, not only urban development and economic structure, industrial structure adjustment, especially the only way for resolving the "three rural" issue needs.The main objective is to empirically study the new characteristics of rural labor transfer in Hechuan, to find the main problems and causes for rural labor and to put forward some policy recommendations.This main thesis is divided into six parts. First chapter puts forward the research problems of this thesis, advances the ideas and structures, methods and data. The second chapter is for the theory of reference. The chapter introduces a few main home and abroad transferred theories of labor force. The third chapter is for the current situation analyses of Hechuan rural labor force. The chapter sums up the new characteristics, such as mainly spontaneous transfer, the main young and middle-aged body and the phenomenon of the "back-flow" appears. The fourth chapter is the main problems and cause for the transfer of Hechuan rural labor such as inadequate government regulation, lack of system, imperfect service system, etc. The fifth chapter is for the suggestion. Through the empirical analysis from the first chapter to forth one, the thesis puts forward to promoting an orderly transfer of rural labor measures. The sixth chapter is for conclusion.The main research result is:â‘ The thesis suggests the significance and the function of the orderly transfer of rural surplus labor force, and the relationship between the orderly transfer of rural labor force and the harmony in urban and rural.â‘¡According to the related research, we clarify the current situation and the new characteristics of Hechuan rural labor force, then propose the problems and causes.â‘¢This paper sets forth some countermeasure and suggestion for boosting transfer of rural labor force, which offers the relevant department of government for decision-making reference.
