The Study On Innovation Motivation About Knowledge Employee In High-tech Firm

In the times of knowledge economy, knowledge employees become the key element of human resource management. Meanwhile, science and high-tech has been the important standard that measures the comprehensive state power, and the motivation of social progress and the world economy development. As the typical knowledge workers, it's very count to motivate the knowledge workers in high-tech firm. We are challenged greatly by the intense competition caused by globalization. As the strong motivation of economy development, Innovation has become the Magic weapon of high-tech firm to fight the uncertainty, high-risk and intense competition.And we now lack of innovation motivation, we haven't got much from innovation. High-tech firms in China haven't got enough innovation achievements, and their knowledge workers'innovation enthusiasm need to be motivated. In the macro-aspect, the government should try to motivate high-tech firms;And in the micro-aspect, the leaders of high-tech firms should implement innovation motivation policy to inspire knowledge workers. The thesis focuses on the micro-aspect. The factors that affect innovation incentive mechanism will be find out through the analysis of innovation motivation status and problems, and the incentive factors will be integrated by analyzing the practical research results about knowledge workers'motivating factors in high-firm. Finally, the four main factors that affect innovation incentive mechanism, which is Material incentives, spiritual incentives, emotional incentives and system and environment factor, will be studied. In the end, referential recommendations for the innovation incentive mechanism design will be raised.
