Venture capital industry is the auxiliary booster, catalyst and hatchibator of the development of the high-tech industrial. Venture capital is born as a result of the high-tech industry's appearance, it also be successful through pursuing the high risk and the high repayment of the high-tech industry. The high-tech industry cluster and venture capital industry has formed one kind of close influence relations. The high-tech industry cluster created the giant market for venture capital, and venture capital gathered and realizes the high income effectively in the high-tech industry cluster. On the other hand, the venture capital may provide the effective fund and management for the high-tech industry cluster, causes its vanguard technology success to transform as the productive forces, realizes the high-tech industrial production, and thus promotes the growth of the high-tech industry cluster.Based on Symbiosis theory, this thesis discuss the venture capital and high-tech industrial cluster symbiosis unit, symbiosis mode and symbiosis environment, analysis the necessary conditions and sufficient conditions for the formation of symbiosis system, then build Symbiosis System of Venture Capital and High-tech Industrial Cluster (SSVHC). Carries out an empirical analysis for the symbiosis relationship of Chinese venture capital industry and high-tech industry using some method such as regression analysis and feature symbiosis degree, the result shows that Chinese venture capital industry and high-tech industry cluster meet the all the necessary conditions and sufficient conditions for the symbiosis relationships. Then, constructs the multi-Agent gambling simulation model of the evolving of SSVHC by utilizing the complicated system simulation principle, game theory, the auto-adapted learning algorithm and mathematics modeling method. Discuss the steady state which SSVHC evolves to and its influencing factor through eleven multi-Agent simulation experiments, has promulgated the SSVHC evolution rule. Put forward some related countermeasure proposal about how to establish and consummate the SSVHC of our country unifies the successful experience of Silicon Valley of American, has the important theoretical value and practical guidance sense.There are three innovative points in this thesis:firstly, to clear the decision method of the symbiosis condition of venture capital and the high-tech industry cluster. Uses and improves the traditional symbiosis condition decision method of Symbiosis theory, proposed the necessary conditions and sufficient conditions more suitable for deciding the symbiotic relationships of venture capital and the high-tech industry cluster, the analysis method is easier to quantificate and its feasibility is stronger; Secondly, to build Symbiosis System of Venture Capital and High-tech Industrial Cluster (SSVHC). To build SSVHC based on the analysis of venture capital and high-tech industrial symbiosis unit, symbiosis mode and symbiosis environment, according to the characteristics of SSVHC to prove SSVHC is a real system. SSVHC adequately reflects the flowing of the businesses, information and energy between venture capital and high-tech industrial under different symbiosis mode. Thirdly, constructs the multi-Agent gambling simulation model of the evolve of SSVHC, realizes the interaction between venture capital and the high-tech enterprise based on certain behavior rule in the specific environment, carries on the system simulation to the SSVHC evolution.This thesis is the sub-subject study of the Ministry of Education, Humanities and Social Science Research Fund The research on mechanism of venture capital clusters based on symbiosis theory (Approval No:09JA790161) and Wuhan Municipal Science and Technology Bureau of soft science research projects The Research on symbiotic mechanisms and development strategies of high-tech industry and venture capital clusters (Approval No:201040333112-02).
