ABSTRACT:Man is the most important labor factor, especially in the FMCG industry which is labor-intensive industry. However, while the FMCG industry is developing rapidly, personnel training system and institutional shortcomings of enterprise management in this industry are exposed, which lead to a big employee turnover. The problem of employee turnover is serious. At the mean while, while domestic building, automobile industry and service trades with FMCG industries also launched intense human resources competition, resulting huge human capital shortfall in FMCG industries. How to stabilize staff and avoid employee turnover in FMCG industries, is an important task facing.Firstly, the thesis analyzes the characteristics of FMCG industry, the characteristics of human resources of FMCG industry, the situation of employee turnover in FMCG industry. The main reasons causing employee turnover are summarized at the assumption the enterprise which can be improved. Then it uses questionnaires, interviews and case analysis for empirical research. Combined with A company personnel structure, the employee turnover situation influence on the enterprise, it analyses and looks for the main causes of employee turnover buy the satisfaction survey and quit interview. Finally, according to the main reasons of employee turnover in the FMCG enterprises, it formulates corresponding countermeasures:making scientific employment system, constructing reasonable compensation system, promoting job satisfaction of the staff and strengthen employee relationship.Meanwhile, we should know solving the problem of employee turnover is a complex and difficult system project, involving each aspect of enterprise management. The specific measures should be formulated, constantly improved and perfected in practice according the enterprise own situation, internal and external environment factors and local conditions. Only by this way, can the measures handle the problem of employee turnover in FMCG industry.
