Since 1978, with the deeply development of reform and open, thefast growth of Hotel Industry play a more and more important role in thenational economy. However, the Hotel Industry inevitably followed a lowpoint of a "spiral-descending ". The rise of the employee turnover ratehas become a "bottleneck"of the growth of the Hotel Industry at this time.Hunan Province locates the central of China, devious location, restrictedinformation, backward economy caused the employee turnoverphenomenon which is outstanding particularly in Hunan, and a series ofnegative influence. According to the results, descending the servicequality, losting the guest source and enlarging replacing and trainingcosts, damaging employee's mortgage etc., and the hidden cost loss ishardly estimate. Contra posing this, researching the reason of theemployee turnover, examining the condition of a patient employeeturnover and looking for a creation to stay person's strategy in Hunan'sStar Hotels become a really urgent matter for each hotel at the moment.Based on the investigates about the employee turnover that thepresent condition in Hunan's Star Hotels for a year, then organize andcollection these datas. This thesis analyzed deeply the macro and microreason of the whole Star Hotel's employee turnover, combine the theoriesand the Star Hotels's management to put forward a countermeasuresphysically. Namely, Creating favorable environment on developmentimproving Corporation's Competition on the macro level; using humanresource management means and methods, implementing "loyalties of hotel employee whole distance management" at the differentdevelopment stage on the tiny level. I wish that these advices in thispaper can enlighten the whole province Star Hotel to amend theirmanagement. They will adjust and improve the operational flow,descending the turnover rate and improving fastly and healthlydevelopment of the whole province star class cabaret.This thesis returns to take growing some run by private capital insand City star class cabaret employee turnover a problem as adetail case,analyzing the present condition and reascn of that cabaret employeeturnover, combining the cabaret's facts to propose the suggestions forimprovement.
