Study On The Business Model Of E-learning Supplier Base On Focus Strategy

ABSTRACT:With the globalization of talent to the enterprise competitive pressure intensifies, and the rapid change of information technology and greatly improve production efficiency, the traditional pattern of staff training is being changed to E-learning applications in corporate training, which has not been a novelty, In the end of 2010, applications for the training of E-learning technology companies has been more than six thousand. With the demand side of the urgent need for the application, E-learning suppliers in this group are also growing.From the perspective of creating value efficiency, by the analysis of the strategy of using E-learning concentration provider business model and the status and development trend, and the study of domestic and international provider of E-learning related to academic, the author found that E-learning provider for the commercial Model is the lack of results, so this method of qualitative assessment of selected existing E-learning suppliers to assess business models and found that every business model has shortcomings.Inadequacies through a detailed analysis, found in the application of the existing business model, will lead to three kinds of E-learning, which is not conducive to profit provider situation:either a provider of E-learning ability to withstand poor environmental change; Second, the emergence of the demand side of E-learning provider of identity is low; Third, the application of these business models will lead to E-learning provider of soft power development is limited.In view of the above problems, this paper presents a platform business model as a new business model, re-evaluation with qualitative evaluation methods to detect its nature, by comparison reveals a new business model, and actual cases detected by the evaluation in up to do to the best standards.
