Based On The Theory Of Complex System Coordinated Development Of Regional Logistics System

As the economic globalization, the modern information network technology perfected and the rapid development of the world transportation, the logistics industry already become a full of vitality and vigor industry of third industry. Since the trend in regional economic integration, regional logistics activity is more and more frequent. How to reduce logistics distance, shorten lead-time, and reduce logistics cost, become the region economy coordinated development problems needed to resolve. Under this background, the regional logistics system became an important index of a national and regional economic development level, and noted by worldwide. Regional logistics system, to improve the quality and efficiency of economic operation, strengthen regional economic power and comprehensive competitiveness, and promote the sustainable development of regional economy has the extremely vital significance.Based on the analysis of the former research, the paper introduces the new angle related theory researches on complex system, to make up for the deficiency of traditional theory and method. Complex system theory will be viewed regional logistics system as a complicated system, through the interaction between internal factors linked by theoretical analysis, and the coordination mechanism between them, which make up the traditional measuring economics and management in depicting logistics industry and regional economic dynamic role insufficiency, and did research methods of innovation. And the comprehensive use of AHP method and the distance coordination degree model, the method of combining achieved qualitative and quantitative analysis of the regional logistics system, enrich the evaluation theory.Full thesis is divided into eight parts. The first part is mainly research on the coordinated development of the regional logistics system and the necessity and significance from practice and theoretical contexts. The second part, theoretically looks back before economists have done in this area, the lack of research work, and provides the theoretical foundation for under research. The third part of the thesis focuses on regional logistics system composition and operation mode, and its complexity analysis. Based on the above analysis, the thesis put forward the fourth part, the coordinated development of the regional logistics system, and by using the concept of complexity system theory analyzes the coordinated development mechanism. The fifth part, evaluates the coordination degree of the regional logistics system, with the quantitative and qualitative analysis combining method, designs the evaluation index system, constructs evaluation model, and carries on comprehensive evaluation. The sixth part, analyzes the actual case of evaluation index, combined with the development of pan-bohai region logistics system. The seventh part gives the corresponding policies and suggestions. The eighth part is to summarize the whole article, and the direction of future research.
