Research On Evaluation Of Entreprise's Dynamic Core Competence Based On Intellectural Capital

Enterprise's dynamic core competence comes from found, absorbtion, utilization and transformation of internal and external knowledge inorder to create sustainable competitive advantage. Based on this, this paper researches the comprehensive evaluation and cultivation of enterprise's dynamic core competence from the perspective of intellectual capital.This paper first describes the core capabilities and intellectual capital theories including research situation and makes the corresponding evaluation. Scendly, we analyse the interpretation of the rigidity of core competence's generation and characteristics. After that this paper analysed the conotation of dynamic core competence theory, then pointed that the inherent nature of dynamic core competence and discussed the composition of dynamic core competence of enterprises. Thirdly, the paper discusses the intellectual capital'definition, composition, evaluation methods and other aspects content. Bsides that, we analyse the relationship between intellectual capital and dynamic core competence. On this basis, the paper describes the role and function of intellectual capital during the formation of dynamic core competence. Based on the above findings, this paper cleared the elements of dynamic core competence'evaluation index system on the basis of intellectual capital perspective, and constructed the evaluation index system of entreprise'dynamic core competence. Forth, the paper used catastrophe progression method combined by fuzzy membership function to propose the evaluation model based on catastrophe progression. At last, we provide comprehensive evaluation through specific cases and give the suggestions for the evaluation results.From the perspective of intellectual capital dynamic core capabilities to build enterprise business evaluation index system is the enrichment and development of dynamic core competence theory. For enterprises it can enhance entreprise'dynamic core competence in practice.
