Research On Assessment Management System For Electroplating Cleaner Production

CP (cleaner production) is a new way to manufacturing and development mode, as well as an effective approach to implement sustainable development.It has become more important to standardize CP and assess the efforts of CP in the enterprise.Mea nwhile,electroplating industry remains high energy-consuming,high water-using and hig h pollution-making.Electroplating enterprises need to improve the development of clea ner production seriously.So,it is significant to study on assessment and the manageme nt system for Electroplating enterprises Cleaner Production.The article introduced some basic concepts of CP,illuminated the research backgr ound of CP in the electrolating industry,point out that for the electeoplating industry, cleaner production is the way must to go.The paper firstly introduced the electroplati ng enterprise cleaner production standards and CPA indicator system,including standar d definition,data acquisition and calculation method,main processes,CPA basic princi ple,index classification.Futhermore,introduce cleaner production evalution of electroplati ng enterprise basic principles.According to different types of Electroplating enterprises evaluation business requirements,On the basis of conventional Electroplating enterprise clean evalution index system.In order to adapt to the Electroplating enterprise production process characteristics.the concepts of subjecting-function and subjecting-degree etc.are introduced into electrolating enterprises CP assessment.by understanding the characteristics of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and the basic steps,by discussing fuzzy synthesis evaluation in detail,including the method of confirming the membership function,the steps of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model. Using fuzzy syntheis evaluation to discern the CP opportunity,and assess the level of this electroplating enterprise.Making full use of the theroies and methods above,the paper design and develop s a software for electroplating enterprise,analyzing functions of the system and introd ucing the database and major program.The system is an effective tool for enterprises to assess the cleaner production state and improve the development of cleaner produc tion, and for the government to carry out management of enterprise cleaner productio n which can be used to check,modify and renovate the indicators'information,and ass ess cleaner production in factory as well.At last,two typical electrolating enterprises in GuangDong Province are CP assess ed and analyzed as examples.The results show that,it is more scientific to use fuzzy synthesis evaluation on CPA,it can simplify the complexity of various coexistent facto rs.the CP indicators system can reflect the state of CP of these enterprises.
