The Research Of Promoting Integration Of Guangdong Industrial Chain While Transferring Industry

After 30 years of development, Guangdong Province has entered the phase of industrial restructuring and upgrading. At present, Guangdong Province actively promote regional industrial upgrading and restructuring, industry transfer within the province. Pearl River Delta region implement the strategy of "cleaning the cage for another bird" in order to accelerate industrial upgrading, at the same time, the rest regions implement the strategy of "Zhu chao yin feng" to seek to undertake the transferred industry. In this, we must carry forward integration of Industrial Chain between them, thus form innovations for pillar industry. Industrial gradient transfer means that, due to the change of resource supply or demand conditions, certain industries will shift gradually from the high gradient regions to low gradient areas, from developed areas to less developed areas. It is based on economic differences between region, for the purpose of product structure complementary heterogeneous among various regions. Different from factors of production, the gradient of economic development, industry structure, factors flow and industry transfer, to meet the needs of market and promote self-development. At present, Pearl River Delta region to enjoy advantages of human, technology, management, finance, while the others enjoy advantages of Land, natural resources, labor. Thus, they can take advantages of respective merits, benefit from division of labor, achieve the goal of industrial structure optimization and upgrading.This paper discusses, under the background of "double shift "strategy, Guangdong Province simultaneously promote the integration of industrial chain. This paper based on qualitative and quantitative analysis, all data is accurate and reasonable. It described the economic development of Guangdong, including the Pearl River Delta, northern, eastern, western four major parts, and indicated the point of industry chain integration. Also, it cited the National Bureau of Statistics, customs import and export data, trade association data, analyze problems of Guangdong economy in-depth. Then, the article assimilate findings of many scholars, established the industrial chain integration model especially for Guangdong Province, the use of statistical charts, showed up by some forms of icons. And then it emphasized the integration of industrial chain. Finally, this article points out location for various economic regional, make suggestions for industrial parks, research institutions, government, business respectively, also propose the three strategies. This article conclude: After the shift and Integration of industry within Guangdong Province, the Pearl River Delta region is responsible for product design and marketing, the rest region is responsible for processing and manufacturing, the former enjoy advantages of human, technology, management, finance, while the later enjoy advantages of Land, natural resources, labor.
