However, the employee's behavior is the key factor to decide whether company strategy towards success or not. Thus, How to integrate the employee's behavior with companies strategy is the hardest problem in performance management. There are some methods in performance management, the most popular such as the balanced scored card. (MBO) management by objectives,(KPI) the Critical performance indicator and 360 degree and so on. However, because lack of the systematic and scientific plan and position to the performance management, which causes it become a formality in the company practices finally.The paper researches start to begin the Z Company's original performance management system, it carried on the thorough exploration to the Z Company's strategy and the organization. And according to the scientific investigation and diagnosis to the original performance management, simultaneously aims at the market situation and the business characteristic of Z Company product LED, to designs performance indicator system from four dimensions, which integrated by the finance,customer,internal process,learning and growth. To supply the quantitative and scientific foundation for the performance management, the weight of each indicator was determined by AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process). In the end, to guarantee a smooth system implementation, Z Company carried a pilot run in the human resource department and made a deep follow. |
