Entering the 21st century, the tide of economic globalization swept across the world. Economic globalization make resource and factors reasonable allocation, promote the capital and product global flow, accelerate the economy development. It will deeply affect the 21st century world economic and political pattern. Different countries participate the globalization process development, enterprise and economic group have new development opportunities. Enterprise face international market and globalization competition, more complex of internal and external environment and big competitor. So enterprise's way is to implement strategic management. At the background of the global financial crisis, A company face to get business difficulties, profit going down. Therefore, A company must to do strategic management change. Printer production have the labor-intensive and process flow complexity characteristics, A company decide to make strategic change of international transfer for printer centralized production.This paper analyzes the background of the financial crisis, labor-intensive enterprises are facing operation difficult, operation cost must effectively control and continues to do cost down action. A company to make the strategic adjustment for printer production at such environments. Firstly analyses the meaning of strategic adjustment, study contents and methodology. Present for strategy management, operation management, supply chain management and international management on relevant theory, as theoretical support for A company printer production strategic adjustment. Secondly, base on A company printer production current situation, points out the problems at the company.
