Civil aviation industry is one of the most significant parts basic industry of national economy, the level of development of civil aviation industry reflects the level of modernization of a country and regional, the level of economic structure and an open position. With the economy development of China, Civil aviation industry has grown in strength, now it has been the second largest in the world, but the management level of Airline Company is not high because of the airline Unidirectional. And it still has some distance with the Airline Companies which are in developed countries. The problem of the airline Unidirectional is caused by the different demands in go and back line, the different demands in ticked order. With this problem, not only waste the transit resources in the lower demand, but also badly reduce the management level. The problem of the airline Unidirectional is and urgent issue need to resolve, and it has been followed closely by more and more airline companies. In M Airlines the problem of the airline Unidirectional is very obvious between Guangzhou and Guilin line, especial in Spring Festival, the different requires rate in ticket up to 50%. So let's take the example of the M Airlines, to study on this problem and to find the best solution. In this paper, which take the data analysis to describe the problem of the unidirectional, then to find the reason why it happened. And then to analysis through the rules of the flight scheduling, take the method of graph theory to build the search string mathematical model of the flight, take the method of Time Series Forecasting to build the forecasting mathematical model, take the method of Linear programming to build the 0-1 integer Programming optimization model of flight scheduling, and take the combination of the three models to find a solution which can weaken unidirectional problem. Basic on those study as the above, let's take the example in flight scheduling of the Guangzhou and Guilin airline in Spring Festival on the 2nd day, we select some flights in Guangzhou-Guilin Line, and calculate with the model, also combine with the actual situation in M Airlines, to solve out the solution of flight scheduling. In the end of the paper we discussed the advantage of price and product to ensure the ease of sales strategy for the optimization flight scheduling.
