Along with the global economic integrative development, the automobile market completion has become fiercer than ever before. How the car dealers make profit in this era of low margin and drive the enterprise sustainable development,which is the largest challenges the car dealers faced currently.They need regulate marketing strategies in order to take competition advantages and set brand advantages by different services to meet the customers value proposition,.Marketing model of automobile industry is becoming the major strategic task in China.In this paper, Based on the research object of the Hubei Xian Ning Hengxin Delong Honda 4S shop, carried on in-depth research the operations and marketing management of the 4S shop,, formulate service maketing strategy of car 4S stores in the fierce market competition.Based on the theory of service marketing and taking the customer as the God,the article analysis 4S situation from the of macro-view and micro-view respectively, From macro level do a thorough research for social environment and industry environment. And analysis the current business situation of Heng Xin De Long 4S stores from Micro level,Such as not establish business strategy of service marketing; service awareness become indifferent, service procedure lack of standardization, customer relationship management lack of standard, short of segmenting market and customers; informationization level is not high, low level of professionalism and team-cohesion etc. well-elaborated the urgency and importance for gheng Xin De Long 4S shop put into service marketing strategy.Directed towards the 4S shops's current service marketing situation and operating status of Hubei Xian Ning Hengxin Delong 4S shops,the article drew out service marketing strategy to fit development of Hubei Xianning Hengxin Delong 4S shop. Which improvements measure and business ideas has certain of great significance for 4S store,there are six aspects as:the concept of service differentiation strategy, service process improvement, customer relationship management, maintenance, quality management and service management and service skills which enhance the internal staff to six personalized, interactive and Care of the elements into the service, discussion and analysis of the automobile marketing mode 4S enterprise management, to enhance the Guangzhou Honda 4S shop has an important role in guiding. Finally, to ensure that the development of Hubei Xianning HengXin DeLong 4S shop services to the successful implementation of marketing strategy, marketing strategy services to complete the objective, the paper briefly presented Hanson DeLong 4S store in execution, information technology, services, monitoring mechanisms and service culture should pay attention to matters of the establishment.
