Causes Of The Problem Of Food Security And Countermeasures In China

The food safety problems affect people' health and life,our society' stability,economic' development, even our country'imagine. At present, the food safety problems of our country are rather serious. The severe food safety events used to happen and caused serious effects. Firstly, the food safety problems demanged people'health and life.tens of recent years, quite a few food safety accidents happened nearly every year in our country, which made numbers persons ill,even dead and brought about the vast economic demanage and affected peoples' health and life 'safety. Secondly, our nation'food safety problems challenge the management ability of our government and public honest.the food safety accidents,especial the serious food safety accidents,made the public alarmed and doubt the management ability of our government. Thirdly,our country'food safety problems directly affect the export of our country food and the income of our country'foreign money. Even our country'imagine.Accordingly,our food safety problems are not only people'life problems but also political problems,which become a problem that need to be sloved urgently. Our country'food problem have become a great social problem,so Researching to solve this problem has become emphasis and hot spot in research field of our country nowadays.To reseach this problem has great realistic significance.In terms of this thought,I want to do some reseach for this problem in this thesis.Taking the basic theories of marxist philosophy as a guide,and applying science and technology philosophy, ecological philosophy,the basic theories and methods of food safetiology, the dissertation elaborates the real statement and challenge of our country's food safety problem;analyses all kinds of reasons which cause the food safety problems of our country; figure out the measures to solve our country'food safety problems. I am looking forward to benefiting how to solve the food safety problems of our countryThis thesis consists of four parts:the first part is the introduction to the thesis, it introduced the background and basement to write this thesis and represented the necessity and significance of researching the food safety problems of our country. It also has given the idea and method to research this problems. The second part is to bring up the problems, which has introduced the situation of the food safety of our country and the serious challenge to the problems. It has laid solid foundation for the following parts.The third part is to analye the problem. It has analyzed all kinds of reasons to give rise to our nation's food safety problems,which contain (1) environmental pollution and ecological destruction;(2)science and technology (3) food manage systems; (4) food creaters and businessmen,and so on.The fourth part is to solve the problem,which give the sugesstions to how to solve our country's food safety problems. Such as,to improve the awareness of food satety and to inreforce the virtue and law construction of food safety;To carry out clean production; To develop environmental control and to protect ecohogical environment; To expand eco-agricutural technology;to develop eco-agricuture as well as to strengthen the control systems of food safety of our country.
