Consumer spending behavior and consumption characteristics change; continuously shortening of the product life cycle and the product structure is getting more and more complicated; increased competition between enterprises; the external environment changing fast. Numerous factors impel manufacture enterprise management mode must changes, previous cost lead and differentiation advantage has become no longer valid. By contrast, supply chain management mode can develop more manufacturing enterprise advantages, manufacturing enterprise through the supply chain management can reduce goods circulation, lower operating costs, can the supply better configuration and optimize the resource. Supply chain management make manufacturing enterprise show stronger competition ability.However, supply chain management for manufacturing enterprise creating more efficiency and benefit when also bring more risk factors, increasing manufacturing enterprise management of risk and supply chain network vulnerabilities, so manufacturing enterprise must be able to clearly know the advantages and disadvantages of the supply chain. Therefore manufacturing enterprise must profound understanding their place industry characteristics, and combined with the characteristics of industry to realize supply chain, scientific evaluation of supply chain risk and coping, This way can make manufacturing enterprise do the disadvantages.This paper analyzes the domestic and foreign relevant research, on the basis of the characteristics of manufacturing enterprise, trying from operation angles to study the supply chain risk, and makes manufacture enterprise supply chain management is divided into supply chain establish operation and adjust three stages. Manufacturing enterprise supply chain risk management is the three stages of to manage risk that these three stages of risk identification on respectively, and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method for quantitative analysis and research, scientific evaluation manufacture enterprise supply chain risk level and the risk factors for the effect on the stability of the supply chain size, for manufacturing enterprise provides reliable basis to deal with supply chain risk. This paper analyzed from manufacturing enterprises angle what measures supply chain enterprise should take to deal with supply chain risk, helping the manufacturing enterprise properly adopted different risk management methods to deal with different risks of supply chain, make manufacturing enterprise supply chain risk management becomes clear goal, reducing waste of resources of the supply chain, ensure manufacturing enterprise supply risk management scientific.
