As we all know, healthy growth of young people concerns the country's future, however, with the country's growing prosperity and people's increasing incomes, childhood obesity gradually came out. Especially when we came into the 21st century, the dates from the National Physical health monitoring center represent that childhood obesity rates of the Chinese first-tier cities such as Beijing, Shanghai and other places grow exponentially, at the same time, the phenomenon of hypertension, high blood cholesterol, diabetes and psychological problems in children had attracted nationwide attention. Based on such psychology of parents, the businessmen take advantage of the opportunities and product R & D diet pills, slimming teas and other weight loss commodity, however in light of parents, such strategies appear unsuitable for children. Part of the business make a transformation of the product by combining exercise and nutrition to attract the attention of parents, which stopped the parents'footsteps seeking ways to solve childhood obesity. Although lose weight camps carried out in full swing, the development of most of the weight-loss camp is not consistent with the promotion of their content and also there are numerous deficiencies. In order to adapt to current consumer demand. This article proposed building "CAMP NEW You" Weight Loss Camp.This article has two parts. The first part describes the research background, significance, the relevant aspects of domestic and international situation and then defines the concept of correlation; the investigation of the second part consists of two major aspects. One,the first results of the investigation, consist of three surveys. The first survey is to choose 300 consumers from Po Divo,The Peak and other 6 camps for the survey to determine consumer demand; second survey,chosing 32 mangers of Po Divo The Peak and other 10 camps,aims to decide the factors impacting the situation of weight-loss camp; the third survey analysis the operation situation of the business weight-loss camp;the other hand is the discussion and analysis section, aiming to build "CAMP NEW You" Weight Loss Camp "three four-mode system," business model. The last part is the conclusion,which summarizes the status of weight-loss camp, the type of weight-loss camp consumers tend to choose, the main factors affecting the weight loss camp and the business model of "CAMP NEW You" weight-loss Camp. This article make conclusions as follows:1. Parents of young children tend to choose this kind of weight-loss summer camp such as moderate fees, short time of camp, good brand reputation, good food and traffic safety, a comprehensive information.2. Higher price of Weight loss summer camp limits the potential part of middle-income obese adolescents consumers.3. Weight loss summer camp with a single business strategy may infect the development embodying two aspects:one is that the conduct is not conducive to weight loss camp, the other is target groups limit the access to information on weight loss camp.4. Human capital of Summer weight loss is relatively weak, the service personnel given by the coach and a nutritionist is not easy to convince consumers.5. logistics support system of Weight loss camp is flawed and often focus only on a variety of hardware facilities, rarely consider the venue of the air, temperature and lighting conditions, and very few weight loss camp will continue tracking service after the students leaving the camp.6. Based on the factors that affect weight loss camp, this paper builds a "CAMP NEW You" weight-loss camp consistsing of a "system of four mechanisms of the threebusiness model" which can give the meaning to the contemporary period of weight-loss camp.
