In recent years,with the change of people's tourism concept from scenic spot tourism to global tourism,by 2017,the number of self-driving travelling has reached 62% of the total number of domestic tours,self-driving travelling have become the main way of national travel.Self-driving and RV Camps are important supporting facilities for self-driving tours,which belong to the state to vigorously promote its construction to improve the level of public services.Standard camps are scarce in Shanxi Province.In order to promote the reform of tourism supply side in Shanxi Province,a number of well-equipped camps will be built in the future.The self-driving car camps industry has diversified industrial chains and industrial networks,and the scale of the industry will reach trillions in the future,which is a new investment hotspot.Under this background,Shanxi Jiaxin RV Camp Investment Co.,Ltd.has constructed standardized RV camps in famous scenic spots of Jinzhong,Xinzhou and Datong,established chain brand development strategy,and planned to build a well-known chain brand of Self-driving and RV Camps in Shanxi Province and even in China in the future.In this paper,the Business Plan takes the self-driving and RV Camp project planned by the company in Yunzhong River scenic spot of Xinzhou City as the research object,combs the related concepts of self-driving tour and self-driving car camp,as well as the related theories of strategic management,marketing management and tourism financing,and uses the PEST model,the Five Forces model and SWOT model to analyze the macro of the project.The environment,industry competition,advantages and disadvantages are analyzed.It is consi dered that the market competition advantage of this project is greater than the disadvantage.The camp is positioned as a "camp +" compound standard riverside camp based on Xinzhou radiating Shanxi,endowing it with the brand narrative theme of "Yunhe.Tru e feelings",and putting forward four marketing strategies of products,prices,channels and promotion.The total investment of the project is 10.122.36 million yuan,and the average annual net profit is 15.949 million yuan,the dynamic payback period is slightly higher than the average level of the same industry in 114 years.The net present value of finance is 9028.06 million yuan,and the internal rate of return of finance is 13.3%.The profitability is good.The investment risk,market risk,policy risk and operation risk of the project are relatively small.This business plan not only enriches the domestic exploration on the brand chain development of self-driving RV camps,but also helps to further improve the brand chain development strategy of Shanxi Jiaxin RV Camps Investment Co.,Ltd.,provides tourism financing ideas,solves the industry problems of large investment and low return,and realizes profit expectation.The company managers further explore and develop self-driving RV camps which are suitable for Shanxi geographical environment and rich in Shanxi local characteristics,and provide demonstration models for the development and operation of other camps in the future.Lead a new travel experience.
