| Industry technology road-mapping is a new framework which was developed during the process of industrial application of technology road-mapping. As a novel industrial technology planning and integrated management approach, the methodology of it needs to be further improved. In order to improve its practicality and maneuverability, this study integrates project management theory into the process of road-mapping. A preliminary project management framework of Industrial Technology Road-mapping is constructed based on PMBOK Guide, and the idea of technology intelligence is introduced into it as a critical knowledge area. Then, the technology intelligence activities are summarized, then a technology intelligence management system is constructed, and the process of technology intelligence management in industrial technology road-mapping project was analyzed according to PMBOK Guide. Technology intelligence management can promote the planning, drawing, and implementing of technology roadmap, so as to take advantage of the initiative and predictability of it, and promote the industrial learning and innovation of technology in order to achieve the goal of industrial upgrading. |
