Research On Cultural Factors In Corporate Innovation

ABSTRACT:Any progress in any period begins from the ideological revolution and is driven by philosophical innovation. The ultimate pursuit of Marxism requires that the world be philosophicalized and the philosophy be mondialised, and reach the ultimate goal of realization of philosophy itself. However, most of the existing innovation theories overemphasize the importance of technology and technique and rarely pay sufficient attention from the perspective of philosophy.After deep thinking on key problems arose currently in the development of domestic enterprises, I find that philosophical guidance becomes increasingly important for these enterprises:when we face the difficult time that we can not find effective solution to these tactical problem, we might need to think about such issues in a more strategic way. And maybe, it is the time that we need to solve these problems in the way of philosophy and begin with the revolution of the way of thinking and start with the change of minds of those top managements.Combining archival research on related fields with my 17-year-observation and understanding and recognition about the business practices, from the perspective of philosophy, by means of innovation theory and methodology, from perspective of strategic management focusing on corporate culture, I select five problems restricting the progress of domestic enterprises as entry point, apply research findings of multi-disciplines-management, psychology, physiology, economics and physics-on these issues, use flow of finding problems, analyzing problems and solving problems as logical linkage to develop the content, and gradually provide my conceptualization of Business Ecological System Theory (BEST), a methodology that can reach a kind of sustainable development, a methodology which is developed from the inspiration of the nature and can be analogized with the theory of ISS (industrial symbiosis system), or is somewhat similar to Win-win-win model.In the process of pursuing philosophy actualization, I've solved two difficulties: firstly, how to philosophicalize the existing issues? To solve this problem, I firstly analyzed the key findings developed by various disciplines, such as psychology and management, and then reveal the inadequacies of these findings, and thus lead out and strengthen the importance and necessity of philosophical analysis, that is, the fundamental problems can be only solved in a philosophical way based on profound thinking. In this way, I uplift the level of analysis from a lower, detailed and discipline based analysis to a higher, holistic and philosophy based analysis. Secondly, how to fulfill the philosophical actualization at the level of managerial practice? To solve this problem, I closely grasp the business philosophy as the key hub which can logically link the philosophical analysis results with every day operational practice portfolios, and thus demonstrate the guidance of philosophy on business management.
