The Research On The Power Lithium-ion Industrialization Battery Operating Mechanism Of China

Because the oil resources shortage and global warming, many countries pay more attention to the energy security and environment protection, and new energy vehicles get a development for its environmental, then this provides a broad market for the source of new energy vehicles- power lithium-ion battery, it is expected that by 2012, the power lithium battery market scale will be more than 160 billion yuan.At present, in the application of new energy vehicles the power lithium-ion battery is still in the technology introduction period, the future it will experience the large-scale commercial test. Only the power lithium-ion battery technology transfer from the laboratory to the market and the technology diffuse among enterprises can guarantee the power lithium battery long-term development. But now the power lithium-ion battery development relies mainly on the government policy, government policies only apply to the early stages of the power lithium-ion battery development. From the long run development of the power lithium-ion battery, enterprise plays the main role, the government plays the background security role. I research on the operating mechanism of the power lithium-ion battery, in order to provide the reference to our country's power lithium-ion battery industrialization development.This paper analyzed large number literature of the power lithium-ion battery industry development and the development of new and high technology industrialization, applied technology innovation theory, technology diffusion theory and new and high technology industrialization theory, to construct power lithium-ion battery industrialization operation mechanism framework, on this basis analysed the problems in our country power lithium-ion battery operating mechanism, then put forward measures for perfecting the mechanism.The main research results of this paper:studied on the industrialization development of power lithium-ion batteries at home and abroad, then found out the problems in our country power lithium-ion battery industrialization development. I defined the power lithium-ion batteries operating mechanism, and pointed out this mechanism is composed by technology innovation mechanism, financing mechanism, personnel mechanisms, intermediary mechanism and policies and regulations mechanism, then built the framework of power lithium-ion batteries operating mechanism. And finally put forward the power lithium-ion battery operating mechanism issues, then proposes the improvement measures.
