With the prosperity of group buying on internet in the consumption field, cognition on the actuality of group buying profit model and prospect analysis become important and urgent research hot for enterprisers and theory researchers. Because group buying on internet is a sensor consumption way, now there is not much theory research on this topic within china or abroad. As a result, finding the suitable profit model and achieving good profit become the first priority. The aim of this article is to discuss and study a suitable model of the group buying profit model through analyzing the domestic and foreign successful experience and the developing trend of that in China.Firstly, according to literature, it describes the domestic and foreign actuality of e-commerce profit model research. It brings forward the background of this dissertation, expatiates the aim, meaning and content of this dissertation on base of the actuality analysis and the practice demand.Secondly, in this dissertation, it comes to the conclusion that at present the research on group buying profit model is not systemic and profound after all-around analysis on the domestic and foreign research actuality of it. In terms of nailing down the aim and meaning of the research, combining the theory evidence and the writer's idea, this dissertation thoroughly discusses the conception, characteristic and sort of group buying on internet profit model.Thirdly, it opens out the actuality of domestic group buying and the problem in the profit model by comparison with successful case abroad——Groupon.Fourthly, it puts forward the structural principle, structural factors and model structure basing on the research method and academic base of this dissertation. Then, taking Nuomi, a famous domestic group buying website, as an example, using comparison analysis method,it has a clear analysis on the following five aspects—business positioning, value gain, target customers, resource allocation and credit guarantee and probes into the suitable model for the development of domestic group buying webs.Lastly, it colligates the above results and gives conclusion and suggestion for reference of future research and practice.
