With the growing popularity of the electronic commerce, the emergence of this new shopping way found quicker consumers, network-group enhanced the bargaining power of consumers, broke the game between the seller and the buyer in the adverse situation. Six years of the development of the group buying industry in China, the group after the rise, "thousand regiments war", the most are eliminated out of the process, but now for the existing sites, there are also a variety of problems. This phenomenon has attracted the attention of a great many domestic researchers, especially to the attention of the group profit model. This paper tries to break through the current research group the superficiality of the profit model, by selecting O2O e-commerce mode which is more typical and more widely applied in the group-buying profit model. As the main point of view, case study for Meituan articles deeply analyzes its profit model. This paper analyzes comprehensively the Meituan profit model from the starting point, such as the macroscopic and industry environment, the enterprise value, and from two aspects of quantitative index and qualitative index to evaluate the profit model, and aims at he shortage of the development of potential customers, contact management, infrastructure works to put forward the related suggestions. |
