As a new kind of consumption patterns, group buying has been gradually known and accepted by consumers. With the growing development and popularity of network consumption, more and more consumers have increased their consumption proportion on offline service industries such as restaurants, movies, photography and beauty salons.020-mode group buying will certainly usher in enormous opportunities and achieve broader development prospects. Since the first O2O-mode site appeared in January2010, group buying websites in China have experienced two years of exploration, finding ways to success. During this period of time, numerous sites were eliminated due to the fierce competitions and existing problems.
