Research For Development Strategy & Private Enterprise Economic Environment Of HaiZhu District, Guangzhou

By using the method of documental analysis, inductive method and rough analysis to descripe the connotation and characteristic of Private Enterprise Economy, this paper reviews the development history of Private Enterprise Economy in HaiZhu District, analysises problems during the development and the condition of its internal environment& external environment. The results show that the main internal factors which restrict the development of Private Enterprise Economy of Haizhu District includes scientific management system and technical innovation, difficulty in financing, shortage of funds, and lacking of corporate culture and external environment of fair competition. What's more, by sorting out the related data in recent years of Private Enterprise Economic of Haizhu District, this paper analysis the valuable resources and capacity of Private Enterprise Economy in Haizhu District, summarize the distinguishing features including outstanding scientific technology, scalized and centralized production, branding construction, as well as retail and wholesale market development. The government of Haizhu district increases support efforts to the Private Enterprise Economy in recent years, the economic and social environment are well improved. With the related statistic data, this paper also proposes the strategy of optimized industrial structure In the final chapter, development strategy was provided to modify and upgrade the industrial structure for sustainable development either in the corporation level or business level.
