With the coming of economic globalization, multinational company plays a more and more significant role in the global economy. Expatriates management has became the core competitiveness of the important component in multinational management. But the rate of expatriate's failure seems to be high during the expatriate's management process. Considering the psychological contract is the most sensitive and the most significant core factor that reflects the conflict of labor relationship during the process of organization structure adjustment and the changing of employment relationship, so this study will analysis the factor of expatriate's management and give the suggestions from the point of view of the Psychological Contract.From the beginning, this study introduced the research background, a review of psychological contract and expatriates management, being the macroscopic background to the research on H Company's expatriate's management. The research on H Company's three phases from the point of view of the Psychological Contract will provide help for the Chinese enterprises depth understanding to the Psychological Contract of changes from the point of view of the present situation of H Company's human resource management and Psychological Contract. The research will consummate our country's expatriate employees' management system scientifically. At the same time, H Company's success expatriates' management also merits our reference and study.The research concluded that the environment, background factors, organization policies and practices are all the factors to impact the employees' psychological contract and influence the success of the expatriates' management during the three stages of expatriate. It is possible to ensure the success rate of expatriate management and achieve the enterprise's overseas development strategic goals successful only by the way of grasping the employees'psychological contract scientifically.
