Study On The Honest Of Food Enterprise

In the last few years,the integrity has become an important topic which has aroused general concern . The enterprise is the basic of social economic organization; so its level of integrity can decide the entire society's level of integrity. Ubiquitous lack of credit has become a serious obstacle in the healthy development of socialist market economy. In particular food enterprise discredits seriously which makes and sells faked and shoddy goods and so on ; especially a few of food enterprise starting fairly late and developing rapidly has serious problem of lack of credit, so its construction of integrity becomes more important. Over investigating and studying fully the Tai'an Food Enterprise's practice of credit construction and credit conditions,this article made a profound analysis of the shortage of integrity construction and the main performance of lack of credit on Tai'an Food Enterprise, aimed at striving to find "problem" and putting forward some countermeasures and suggestions.The background of problem study is recognizing the connotation of honest and its work in food enterprise sufficiently. This paper describes the connotation of honest,the content of food enterprise and main features and action in detail,analyzes the general information of honest in food enterprises of our country. It can help us to know the honest construction in food enterprise. The results show the honest can increase the organization effect of food enterprise and is beneficial for food enterprise to participate market competition and increase its social position and cohesion and realize sustainable development.The basis of problem study is analyzing the current situation of honest construction in Tai'an food enterprises deeply. This paper has studied the general information of Tai'an food enterprises,the basic practices and the existed problems of honest construction and has analyzed the factors which influence the honest of enterprise. The studies show that the honest construction of Tai'an food enterprises has made some progress,but existed many problems and needs to improve urgently.The core of the study is analyze the current situation,the reason and the effect of honest deficit in Tai'an food enterprises scientifically. This paper based on analysis of current situation of Tai'an food enterprise honest deficit,used economic theories and knowledge,adopted system analysis methods and summarized the internal and external causes. The studies show that the internal and external causes are prompted by economic benefits of moment,lack of ideological education,condition of oneself economy actual strength and management level and the regulation of social code,judicial system and honest supervision not in place,less powerful punish and faulty market rules.The foothold of this study is put forward some suggestions which can enhance the honest construction of Tai'an food enterprises. This paper has investigated and analyzed the main problem of existed in honest construction of Tai'an food enterprises and the general information of food enterprises. The paper maintains that the honest construction of food enterprise is a systematic project,and we should focus on the honest construction of internal enterprise and outer space and strengthen supervision and punish,building honest system in food enterprise,therefore,effectively promote economic growth and pay contribute for Tai'an economic development.
