Study On The Issues Of Peasants' Income In Shandong Province Since 1998

The agriculture in our country has entered a new stage of development since 1998. This paper which study on the issues of peasants' income in Shandong Province under the new stage, focuses on the aspects of the quantity of the peasants' income, the income structure, and the income gap. The paper analyzes the status of the peasants' income variation, the problems, and influential factors by using the methods of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, and puts forward the proposals of increasing and improving the peasants' income.The knowledge of connotation and meaning of the peasants' income is the background of this study. This paper discusses the significance of the peasants' income under the new stage by analyzing the documents. And it discusses the concept of peasants' income under the new stage and the achievements before. It also brings out the aim and ways of this study, which are totally new. It proves that the study is worth doing.The foundation of this study is analyzing the changes of peasants' income under the new stage. This paper analyzes the peasants' income in Shandong Province through the aspects of the peasants' income quantity and income structure by using the induction analytic method. It proves that the peasants' income in Shandong Province keeps increasing and the income structure is improving, and the characteristics of the income quantity and structure are obvious in the east, middle and west areas of Shandong Province.The next part of this paper is analyzing the problems of peasants' income under the new stage. This paper summarizes problems of the peasants' income in Shandong Province through the aspects of their income quantity, income structure and income gap by using the comparison analysis. It proves that the peasants' income speed is slow, the income structure is not good, and the income gap is deeper.The core of this study is to analyze the influential factors of the peasants' income in Shandong Province. The paper which is based on the analysis of the problems, analyzes the influential factors of the peasants' income in different level, by combining of the qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis. It finds out the influential degree on peasants'income by using regression analysis and digital model. The study proves that the agriculture infrastructure plays the most important role in increasing the peasants' income, and peasants'quality is also very important, the agricultural structure is the foundation of increasing the peasants'income, and the agricultural socialization service system is its supplement. Urbanization is the key of improving the peasants' income structure, of which the rural land system and agricultural subsidies are the supplement. Relevant system reform is the assurance of balancing peasant's income gap.The aim of this study is the countermeasures of improving the peasants' income in Shandong Province. This paper shows that to increase the peasants' income, we should increase peasants' income quantity, improve the income structure, and balance the income gap. To increase the peasants' income, we have to strengthen the agriculture infrastructure, improve the peasants' qualities, adjust the agricultural structure, and build the agricultural socialization service system. To improve the peasants' income structure, we should push on the urbanization and the rural land system reform, and adjust agricultural subsidy system. To balance the peasant's income gap, we have to develop both urban and rural areas, and help the grain peasants and the poor peasants, release the peasants' burden. According to the status of Shandong, we should use various measures to increase and improve the peasants'income in Shandong Province.
