Hebei Province is a traditional agricultural province.In 2015,the total output value of agriculture,forestry,animal husbandry and fishery in Hebei Province was 597.89 billion yuan,accounting for 5.58% of the total output value of agriculture,forestry,animal husbandry and fishery in the country,ranking fifth,second only to Shandong,Henan,Jiangsu,and Sichuan..At the same time,the total output value of agriculture,forestry,animal husbandry and fishery in Hebei Province accounted for 87.7% of the total output value of agriculture,forestry,animal husbandry and fishery in the three regions of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei.In the same year,the per capita net income of rural residents was1,1421.7 yuan,and the per capita net income of Hebei Province was only 1,1050.5 yuan,which was lower than the national average.The level of 371 yuan,Beijing's rural residents per capita net income is 20569.0 yuan,Tianjin's rural residents per capita net income of18,482 yuan.Therefore,how to increase the income level of rural residents in Hebei Province is of great significance not only to the development of Hebei Province,but also to the coordinated development of agriculture in the three regions of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei.Under the current situation of agricultural supply-side reform,the issue of farmers' income in Hebei Province is not only one of the “three rural issues” issues,but also has close links with the international social economy.Therefore,under the situation of supply-side structural reforms and the coordinated development of agriculture in Beijing,Tianjin,and Hebei,the study of farmers' income is based on changes in the income structure of farmers.This is exactly the research perspective of this article.In general,the per capita net income of farmers in Hebei Province has been increasing year by year.However,due to the economic development,while the income of farmers is increasing,the source of farmers' income has changed,that is,the income structure of farmers has undergone great changes.According to the source of income,the income of farmers can be divided into family operating income,wage income,property income and transfer income.The growth rate of various parts of the income is not the same,and its contribution to the income of farmers varies greatly.This thesis studies the changes of the source structure of farmers' income,and then determines the growth point of farmers' income in Hebei Province,so as to provide the government with a valuable basis and recommendations for the promotion of rural economic development and policies and measures for increasing farmers' income.Based on the review and simple review of the theoretical results and methods related to the increase of farmers' income,the paper analyzes the temporal changes in the income of farmers in Hebei Province,and then compares Hebei with the surrounding areas,Beijing and Tianjin.Study the changes in farmers' income in Hebei Province.In order to study thefactors that affect the income of farmers in Hebei Province in a more specific way,this article is based on a standardized study of the various structures affecting the income of rural residents in Hebei Province,namely family income,wage income,property income,and transfer income.Income-related data for 11 prefecture-level cities(including Shijiazhuang,Tangshan,Qinhuangdao,Handan,Xingtai,Baoding,Zhangjiakou,Chengde,Ganzhou,Langfang,and Hengshui)under Hebei Province have affected the income of rural residents in Hebei Province from the provincial level.At the level of cities and prefecture-level cities,an empirical study was conducted to find out the main influencing factors of various parts of the income and put forward the main countermeasures and suggestions for improving the income of farmers in Hebei Province.The main four aspects are as follows: First,exert regional advantages in Hebei Province;Promote the coordinated development of agriculture in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei;second,adjust the agricultural structure and promote the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure;third,coordinate the development of urban and rural areas and promote the integration of urban and rural areas;fourth,improve the scientific and cultural quality of farmers and improve the quality of agricultural products. |
