Since China has joined to the WTO, firms could not make further development if domestic market was the focus of their business. More and more firms carry on international business. With the evolution of global economic integration, the structure of the world economy and the environment of international market have changed tremendously. More and more firms engage in the entrepreneurship, and the entrepreneurship lead to the economic development all over the world. Entrepreneurship has become increasingly wide research field in recent years. With the progress of the times, it has gradually become a leading actor in research field, and the entrepreneurial firms have played an increasingly role in the modern economic system. Firms are micro-objects in the market, will have more increasing development as the scale of international market enlarging. Compare to the domestic market, the firms face more intense competition in the international market.During the international entrepreneurship process of China's firms, entrepreneurship oriented, dynamic capabilities and other factors play important roles in the firms'international growth. Having done a great review on prior research about entrepreneurship oriented and dynamic capabilities of international entrepreneurship and international growth, we first research entrepreneurship oriented, dynamic capabilities and firm growth, and then base on international entrepreneurship research the relationship among their potential factors.Researchers often focus on entrepreneurial studies in three levels: corporate level, strategy level and functional level. The definition of international entrepreneurship is setting, finding, evaluating and utilizing the business opportunity in the international economic activities, and then establishing future goods and services. The definition contacts with international business theory and entrepreneurship theory through entrepreneurship opportunities, making the study of international entrepreneurship based on international business theory and entrepreneurship theory, defining international entrepreneurship accurately.Firstly, we review the relevant domestic and foreign studies, and then summarize the elements of the study, determining the causal relationship among every factor.International entrepreneurship oriented as an important force in international entrepreneurship field is a strategic definition. Through reading the considerable relevant papers, we determine three dimensions:innovative, proactive, risk taking. The definition of dynamic capabilities of international entrepreneurship is the capability of a firm during the international entrepreneurship process faced the uncertainty, reflecting dynamically against the uncertainty from the international entrepreneurship environment. Through reading the considerable relevant papers, we determine three dimensions:absorptive capability, integration capability and innovation capability. We divide international growth into two dimensions:profitability and growth potential. The definition of international growth is the process of a firm during the international entrepreneurship process obtained effective, sustainable, healthy growth through accumulating, integrating, utilizing privately interior and exterior resource.Secondly, we propose the dimensions of entrepreneurship oriented, dynamic capability, firm growth of international entrepreneurship perspective. Thirdly, we propose theoretical model among entrepreneurship oriented and dynamic capability of international entrepreneurship and international growth according to theoretical derivation, formulating 21 theoretical hypotheses. Finally, we sent the questionnaires to China's firms and gave empirical analysis of research data in SPSS 17.0. The results show that 16 of 21 hypotheses are supported and 5 ones don't gain supports. We discuss the reason, proposing the theoretical significance and practical significance of the study.
