At knowledge economical times, human and intellectual capital is the source of competitive advantage. The knowledge workers, who combine these two kinds of capital, has become the most important and the most core group in society. Whether to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises, or applicant then specific knowledge of various businesses, we must rely on the knowledge workers, who are the carrier to achieve those goals could play a critical role to the development of their enterprise. Therefore, from which to motivate knowledge workers become an important way to make use of talents and achieve organizational goals. However, the knowledge workers own their distinctive characteristics and diverse needs.
