Safety of manufacturing has become the key factor of the improvement of a factory, an area even a country. A lot of companies have realized the importance of the safety and health of their employees. Chemical industry is a dangerous industry all around the world, and the injuries and fatalities in the industry are always higher than other industries. Safety production and safety management have become the prior concern at the beginning of the chemical industry.Safety culture obtains much more interest because of its positive influence on safety performance. Safety climate survey is widely used in safety culture quantitative research while reflecting the atmosphere of safety culture and providing foundation for the future policy. Now researchers from China also start to do some searches on safety climate. However, at present the domestic most studies focused on the scale , structures and mechanism of safety climate, while the safety climate, which is how to influence safety performance, and the relationship of perceived organizational support and safety performance have not been suffered enough attention.The paper focus on the way how safety climate helps improve safety performance in chemical industry. The paper selected staff for chemical industry. In the chemical industry repeatedly accident background, discussing the safety climate has positive significance. Meanwhile, by researching the safety climate of investigation and study, the paper probed into the relationship among safety climate, perceived organizational support and safety performance. And it provide some theoretical reference for the chemical industry finally enhancing the safety climate, and improving the safety performance,Therefore, this research in previous theoretical research and the basis of empirical studies, puts forward the work supports, recognition value, caring interests through safety climate the mediating role of influence. By delivering these questionnaires to employees and doing statistics analysis, we get the conclusions as follows:Firstly, Through the analysis of the present situation of chemical enterprise, the level of the management of safety attitude and safety regulations in the chemical industry is low. Secondly, in terms of gender, age, marital status, education level, working years, the average working hours per week, annual training number, whether experienced safety accidents and when an excessive safety accidents, different groups of employees working on the different dimensions of safety climate reflected the different degrees of difference.Thirdly, safety climate, perceived organizational support and safety performance showed a significant correlation. Perceived organizational support could predict safety climate and safety performance. Safety climate could positively predict safety performance.Lastly, safety climate was the mediate variable in the relationship between perceived organizational support and safety performance.
