Study On Project Management In Whole Process For Pumped-storage Unit Maintenance

Nowadays, Pumped Storage Power Station is moving to the current high head, high capacity, fast response system requirements, variable speed unit, so unit maintenance management also must be developed accordingly. This article analysis the pumped storage power station's position in the power system and the conflict between its development advantages and the optimistic status of unit maintenance, and combined with the advantages and characteristics of project management.This theory of reliability and project management will be combined, which has been the reliability of the maintenance project management as a cornerstone of theory, which is applied into the project management overhaul. Though determine the research system,defined boundaries,prepare the functional plans,fault description,analysis the consequences of failure and logic tree analysis, we can have the best way to maintain the unit. By analyzing the pumped-storage unit maintenance, The main line of this paper is the three stages of equipment maintenance which is maintenance planning,implementation and summary evaluation. The point of every stage is different, so the application of project management in each stage is different,too. This paper gives concrete and feasible measures for every stages.For each proposed management objectives, we propose concrete and feasible measures, including quality control, schedule control and security control. Put forward feasible measures to control the actual work activities, rules and norms through the system at all levels of the management and work practices, and ultimately achieving the goal of project management.At last, there is a HuiLong maintenance case which proves it's successful to put project management and Reliability Centered Maintenance thoughs on maintenance management. And we We achieve the desired management objectives.
