Auto logistics is a complex logistics,the final assemble's process of production logistics need both logistics information support and reasonable organization.By establishing a scientific concept of logistics and logistics system design idea, and also combined with the establishment of a heavy-duty truck production line of Commercial Vehicle Final Assembly Plant of Dongfeng motor co.ltd, This article discuss the lean logistics mode with Dongfeng Commercial Vehicle characteristics by using methods combination of qualitative Analysis method, investigation method and experience, how the lean logistics system closely combined with product design, logistics design and manufacturing process design, and provides a new way to control the logistics cost of manufacturing process from the source; review the standardization, generalization and serialization design concept through the scheme, this design concept provided an great idea of the change of manufacturing of automobiles and automobile logistics that reduce both manufacturing cost and logistics cost; Through many design cases during the establishment of the heavy-duty truck production line, we can intuitive understand that logistics of the reasonable layout and design of reasonable stations can effectively reduce intensity of the workload, save labor and reasonable logistics planning can reduce inventory backlogs time and liquidity occupation, accelerate capital operation and save costs which increase economic benefits of enterprises that enhance enterprises' competitiveness. According to the quality, proper time, specifications, the order and the replenishment, This can improve the delivery of precision and reduce inventory and returns, benefit workers'operations. According to production plan locking the material requirements three days in advance, strengthen the sharing of supply chain information,can make material flow clear and avoid repeating or wrong delivery. According to the reasonable transportation routes and discharge point, you can save time, improve the efficiency of stock.After the study accomplished, by analysis of the way of logistics design, provide a useful reference for the construction of new factories in the future and also is good for transformation of the factories, Summarized the vehicle factory logistics system, Creatively put forward the idea of design of automobile production logistics system, methods and tools with car production characteristics; Establish a logistics system performance evaluation index system which can be used to improve the logistics evaluation system of automotive assembly and assembly factory.
