Under the background of the information age,enterprises have to face the uncertain challenge of market demand,embark on the integrated development path of supply chain,and strengthen the competitive advantage of enterprises with the advantage of supply chain integration.It is of great significance to study the impact of supply chain integration on Enterprise Performance.Information sharing is the basis of implementing supply chain management.Information technology as a means to achieve information sharing is closely related to supply chain integration.It is very necessary to study information sharing and information technology simultaneously.Based on this background,this paper takes enterprise performance as an evaluation index to measure the capacity development of supply chain integration,information sharing and IT capabilities,and specifically studies the impact of supply chain integration,information sharing and IT capabilities on enterprise performance.In this paper,instead of the usual before the first to an enterprise as the main reference,and then dig into the IT ability,information sharing,supply chain development to enterprise performance impact,and to adjust the weights by using the least square method so that the model can make the adjustment according to the nature of business research.By directly incorporating the IT capability information sharing,supply chain integration and the low level quantifying factor of enterprise performance into the model,the model is transformed into a high quality model that can be analyzed according to the nature and development stage of the enterprise and based on the actual data.The contents of the specific research work are as follows.(1)When we use Likert scale to quantify IT capability,information sharing and supply chain integration,we not only refer to the existing authority scale indicators,but also make the elderly who have many years of work experience supplement their indicators through questionnaires.Finally,the index was verified by Cronbach 's alpha reliability test and combination reliability(CR).(2)Principal component analysis(PCA)is used to extract important factors.But the common factor extracted by this method is not the original index,so this paper will take advantage of the relationship between "extract common factor" and "abstract variable",and extract the relationship between "common factor" and "original index" To reverse the relationship between the original variable and the abstract index.By using the principle of principal component contribution rate,the extracted public factor is reversed to the original index to ensure the scientificity of the index selection.(3)A new method of determining weight is provided.When calculating the three main index values of information sharing,IT capability and supply chain integration,although the analytic hierarchy process is used,the weight is not scored by experts,but based on the variance contribution rate in index selection.The practical significance of variance contribution rate is the importance,and the variance contribution rate is obtained through software analysis of real data.The reason is that this value instead of expert scoring ensures the objectivity of the analysis process.(4)The first use of established enterprise performance evaluation model,and introduces the system dynamic model is established,the ability of IT,information sharing,supply chain integration comprehensive role model;IT ability or information sharing or single supply main elements of enterprise performance model based on the causal chain integration model;comprehensive ability,information sharing and IT the integration of supply chain enterprise performance based on the index revision of general enterprise performance evaluation model by using the above model,the general nature of the performance calculation model is transformed into a computation model for the subject of this paper.(5)Based on the total score theory,a comprehensive causal system of enterprise performance and a SD system including all the influencing indicators were established based on three main factors,namely,IT capability,information sharing and supply chain integration.First,a business performance model based on a single main element is built.Then,based on all main elements of the comprehensive enterprise performance evaluation model,we can get all the business performance indicators directly affected by IT capability,information sharing,and the main quantitative indicators of supply chain integration.Finally,by using the stepwise deletion method,the important indirect related factors other than the direct correlation factors are retained.(6)The related function is formulated in the process of calculating the enterprise performance model,and the classical domain and section field of the index are planned,which can be applied to all similar models.At last,using response surface methodology and Design-Expert software,we verified the relationship between IT capability,information sharing,supply chain integration and enterprise performance,and verified the balance between them.(7)Combined with the actual data of Hangzhou H company,the applicability of the model is analyzed,and the agreement between the results of the model and the company's current development is verified,which shows that the conclusion of the model is in line with the development stage of the company and has reference value.And based on this idea,a system management model with use value is developed.
