| In the 1990s, traditional purchase and logistics had already developed into a broadly-defined purchase and logistics with strategic significance progressively, and have formed the system of the supply chain management. Even to this day, the idea of supply chain management has been rooted in the hearts of the people already, and paid attention to by more and more people, and has got into use in a lot of industries,especially in manufacturing industry. It is obvious that the corporation have to change their traditional management model and pay attention to not only inner resource and competition ability but also outter resource and competition ability covering with the whole supply chain from the supplier to the customer. In other word, the competition focus on the whole supply chain. The concept of the supply chain was put forward to under the above background, the traditional evaluation method and idea concerning individual business enterprise is already not suitable to the request of supply chain, the supply chain and the research of its evaluations seemed to be increasingly important, but the business enterprise evaluation is just the sub- problem among the evaluation of supply chain managementThis thesis studies the basic theory of the supply chain management and the evaluation theory of the supply chain management based on the research on present condition between domestic and international supply chain research. Aimed at founding supply chain evaluate system , study their results and evaluate the system from the inner part, exterior and the whole of the supply chain, and gave the method and formula of each index. These contents match together, constituted a set of complete gathering supply chain results evaluation system. Apply in fulfillment for the sake of the business enterprise, give three kinds of synthesize to evaluate effectively method and its applied example. This thesis is supposed to offer some enlightenments to the healthy development of the local supply chain.
