Study On Production Potential Estimation Of Land Remediation Of Rural Area

With the development of society and economy, population increase, industrialization and urbanization, the food security has become an increaseingly important issue. During the development of social economic, the demand of construction land should be guaranteed, at the same time, the cultivated land resource should be enough to guarantee food securiy. Rural land renovation has become the main way to consolidation and rehabilitation is the foundamental way to solve grain safety problem, because it plays an important role of optimizing the rural land layout and cultivated land dynamic equilibrium. The deep research on rural land potential is favored to advance rural land consolidation and rehabilitation scientifically.The study from the reality of the land comprehensive treatment, and based on the study of land arrangement in both at home and abroad, and estimated potential of land reclamation of rural area from two aspects of land consolidation and rural residential regulation, and combined production capacity of accounting theory,The size of the potential said by the capacity of yield potential .And finally as a empirical, Su Ning was studied,The main results were as follows:(1)Discusses the research methods of the potential measured of land remediation, and introducting the production theory, Put forward new ideas of regarding the potential yield of productivity as the potential of land reclamation. guiding both on achieving urban and rural development and protecting regional food security.(2)Enriching the content of the land consolidation, Establishing a unitied measurement system of land quantity consolidation and land quality consolidation based on the reseach of land quantity consolidation and production accounting.(3)It Builds a model about rural residential land consolidation to evaluating yield potential. The residential consolidation extent have been determined according to villages and small towns planning and the residential settlement principles. It ensures the settlements newly increased amount of cultivated land through the appropriate evaluation, and makes an conclusion of settlement consolidation increasing production potential, combined with production capacity theory.(4)As an example, Suning was studied. The potential of rural land renovation in Suning was 15.87×104tons, using cluster Analysis measure to classify the rurual remediation potential to first remediation area, second remediation and third remediation area in suning county . increasing capacity8.36×104tons,5.10×104 tons and 2.41×104tons by land remediation. The calculated result shows that it ,with productivity potential yield saying renovation potential ,will aviod taking purely the increased cultivated land as the only criterion in a previous, solve practical problems in land renovation greatly, provide scientific basis of decision-making.for making land renovation plan and implementing land renovation project.
