Study On The Functional Orientation Of "Production,Living And Ecology" In Land Remediation And Zoning Of Zhouzhi County

This paper takes Zhouzhi County of Xiundefinedan as the research object,analyzes the structure and distribution of land space utilization,and puts forward the existing problems of land space utilization on the basis of this.Relying on the software platform of ArcGIS and Matlab,using entropy method to estimate the potential of land improvement in the whole county,and combining the GMM cluster model and gravity model(GSA)method,the functional zoning of land improvement is carried out.The division of land improvement regions according to the problem guidance is conducive to the implementation of differentiated land improvement,provides scientific basis for the practice of regional land improvement,and effectively implements various land improvement systems.Studies have shown that:(1)The higher potential of the agricultural production function in Zhouzhi County is mainly distributed in the periphery of the central town by improving the conditions of agricultural infrastructure and realizing the scale operation of agriculture.The elevation of the general area is concentrated in the loess plateau in the front of the Qinling Mountains.The level of land use is the middle level of the county.Due to the limitation of the terrain conditions,the production range of the agricultural production can be promoted to be small.The improvement of the agricultural production function in the region is limited due to the natural resource endowment,the limitation of the terrain condition and the sporadic dispersion of the cultivated land.(2)Zhouzhi County life service function can enhance the high potential area,located in the central urban area,the area is convenient for transportation,geographical location is better,by promoting the connotation of urban areas to tap potential,improve intensive utilization level.It is necessary to strengthen the improvement of urban and rural construction land and the compound utilization of agricultural land,and to re-develop the inefficient land so as to avoid the blind expansion of the urban and rural construction land and the rural areas in which there is a certain distance between the urban and rural areas and the central cities and towns.The low potential area is located in some remote villages and towns in Qinling Mountain area.It can promote the resettlement,guide farmers to live centrally,and promote the constructionof beautiful new countryside and the development of new towns.(3)The ecological security function of ZhouZhi County can enhance the high potential area,located in BanFangZi Town,ChenHe Town,WangJiaHe Town and HouZhenZi Town,etc.Can enhance the potential of general areas located in LouGuan Town,CuiFeng Town and JiuFeng Town and other villages and towns,this area can be implemented in the field,water,road,forest village comprehensive renovation,farmland forest network transformation and greening,forming belt,piece,net,point combination of the green spatial pattern.The low potentiality area is located in WeiHe terrace and some villages and towns on loess plateau.The land use type in this area is mainly agricultural land and construction land rural residential area,and the ecological function potential is low.(4)The land regulation is divided into the characteristic agriculture functional area,the industrial pro-poor migration and relocation functional area,the town excavation and potential expansion functional area,the ecological barrier restoration culvert function area and the eco-tourism functional area 5,and the land regulation target is adjusted according to various functional guidance.Further play the role of land regulation in the "rural revitalization strategy" undefineds spatial support,and transform the land regulation from the increase of the number of cultivated land to the function of the "Sansheng" function.
