A Study On The Form Of Staff Training On The Perspective Of Life

The development of human resources and strengthening of the staff training have become the essential condition of an enterprise's successful development. The staff training can not only realize the value of the staff and promote the overall development of the personal qualities, but can also assist enterprise to optimize the staff, to make full use of the talents of the human resource, and therefore form a strong ensemble effect. Nowadays, the overall human resource development has been becoming increasingly important in the enterprises, and the enterprises also start to explore the methods of training the staff actively. But there are still many problems in our current trainings.At present, our training is lack of efficiency and hard to achieve its goal, which is inseparably related to the lack of respect and complete understanding of the staff's lives in the field of vocational training.By adopting the methods of historical study, literature research, comparison research and questionnaire, this dissertation, studies the statusquo of Chinese staff training in the perspective of life, analyzes the problems, and found that problem through the existing training methods of analysis and to clarify the cause of the problems, was put forward theconcept of life by the way to the staff training. Then, by comparing putforward the surpass on training underpinningis, training coaching, training outcomes against traditional training means on the perspective of life At last,puts forward some feasible practice strategies for the training methods from life perspective, which is the hope of contributing to the perfection of staff training in Chinese enterprises.
